...YOUR WAY
Pilates
Hello
I’m Victoria — a fully qualified Pilates teacher with over 20 years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for mindful movement.
With a background in dance, movement has always been a part of who I am. What began as a personal love soon evolved into a professional calling, and I’ve been teaching Pilates ever since—helping people move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in their bodies.
Experience
I’m trained with both STOTT Pilates and Body Control Pilates, and I hold a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification.
I’ve also gained specialist certifications in Reformer Pilates, Standing Pilates, Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates, and Barre, allowing me to support a wide range of clients through all stages of life and movement.

Hormonal shifts during menopause can affect bone density, joint health, muscle tone, and balance.
Pilates is a low-impact but deeply strengthening practice that targets all these areas.
With a focus on posture, joint mobility, and core support, pilates helps manage symptoms, improve mood and energy, and keep your body moving well through every stage of change.

Postnatal bodies need gentle yet effective support to rebuild strength, especially through the core, pelvic floor, and back.
Pilates provides a safe, controlled way to reconnect with your body after birth.
Sessions focus on posture, breath, stability, and restoring functional movement—helping new mums feel stronger, more confident, and supported through recovery.

Whether it’s tennis, padel, squash or badminton, racket sports demand quick reaction times, strong rotational control, and solid footwork. Pilates improves these athletic qualities by building dynamic core strength, refining balance, and enhancing flexibility. It’s a powerful cross-training tool for improving performance and preventing the muscle imbalances that come from favouring one side of the body.

A smooth, powerful golf swing relies on core strength, rotation, and control—all of which Pilates delivers. This focused training improves spinal mobility, builds strength through the torso and hips, and enhances coordination between upper and lower body. It’s ideal for golfers looking to increase drive distance, prevent injury, and move more freely through every round.

Running is high-impact and repetitive, often leading to tight hips, weak glutes, and poor core control. Pilates helps correct these imbalances by strengthening stabilising muscles, improving joint mobility, and promoting efficient movement patterns. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PB, Pilates supports your running with better posture, balance, and injury prevention.

“I’ve been attending group reformer classes regularly for a few years and absolutely love them, I also booked a 1:1 session with Victoria.
Victoria's teaching, guidance, and expertise in her sessions helped me understand things in a completely new way."
